HUMANS:

The Roads Interview Series

The Roads is an interview series, consisting of both written and audio conversations, with amazing people doing amazing things. From actors to writers to teachers to entrepreneurs, there’s lots of voices to enjoy and be inspired by!

Meet Louisa Shafia, a chef, cookbook author, and recipe developer based in Nashville, Tennessee! In addition to her two cookbooks, her work has also been featured on Food52, Eating Well, The Washington Street Journal, Good Housekeeping, and many other publications! In her interview, we learn how Louisa further connected with her Iranian and Persian roots through food, how cooking can be a force for positive change, and why sometimes you just need to take a dance break.
